The problem
Polyurethane foam injection — also called poly leveling — is the modern alternative to messy mudjacking. We inject a high-density expanding foam through small ports to raise sunken concrete, fill voids and stabilize soil. It cures in minutes and you can use the surface the same day.
Warning signs to watch for
- Sunken or uneven driveway, sidewalk or patio sections
- Trip hazards where slabs have dropped at joints
- Pooling water on concrete that should drain
- Hollow sound when you tap the slab
- Cracked pool decks or garage floors
Our repair method
We drill dime-sized ports and inject expanding structural foam beneath the slab. The foam flows into voids, expands to lift the concrete precisely back to level, then cures hard — supporting the load and sealing out water.
Why it matters
Foam lifting is faster, cleaner and lighter than replacement or mudjacking. It eliminates trip hazards and drainage problems for a fraction of the cost of new concrete.
