The problem
Empty spaces under a slab or footing are a silent threat. Water erosion, decaying organics and poorly compacted fill leave voids that let concrete crack and drop. We locate and fill those voids so the load is fully supported again.
Warning signs to watch for
- A hollow sound when tapping the slab
- Concrete that flexes or rocks underfoot
- New cracks appearing after heavy rain
- Sinking sections of slab or pavement
- Erosion or washouts near the foundation
Our repair method
We pump expanding polyurethane foam or flowable grout through small ports to completely fill the void. The material spreads to fill every cavity and cures into a stable, load-bearing fill that re-supports the structure.
Why it matters
A void today is a collapse tomorrow. Filling it is a fast, low-impact way to prevent cracking, settling and the far larger repairs that follow.
