The problem
Steel push piers are the workhorse of permanent foundation support. We hydraulically drive galvanized steel piers through unstable soil until they reach load-bearing strata or bedrock, then transfer your home’s weight onto them. It’s the gold standard for stopping settlement for good.
Warning signs to watch for
- Settling that keeps getting worse over time
- Stair-step cracks in exterior brick or block
- A foundation corner that has dropped
- Doors and windows racking out of square
- Separation between the foundation and the structure
Our repair method
We excavate to the footing, attach a steel bracket, and use the building’s own weight with hydraulic rams to push pier sections down to firm strata. Once capacity is confirmed, we lift and secure the structure on the piers.
Why it matters
Because push piers reach stable soil rather than relying on surface conditions, they deliver a permanent, warrantied fix that won’t move with the next wet or dry season.
