The problem
Living on the coast means your seawall takes a constant beating from tides, storms and salt. Over time, water finds cracks and washes out the soil behind the wall, creating hidden voids and sinkholes near the waterline. We seal those voids and restore the wall’s grip on the bank.
Warning signs to watch for
- Sinkholes or depressions forming behind the seawall
- Cracks, gaps or rust stains in the wall panels
- Soil and turf disappearing along the waterline
- A wall section that leans or has shifted
- Water seeping through or under the wall at low tide
Our repair method
We inject expanding marine-grade polyurethane foam behind and beneath the seawall. The foam permeates and binds the loose soil, fills every void and forms a watertight barrier — without heavy excavation along your shoreline.
Why it matters
A breached seawall loses your land an inch at a time and threatens everything built behind it. Sealing voids early preserves your property line and avoids a costly emergency rebuild.
