The problem
Slab piers are engineered specifically to lift and support concrete slab foundations. When interior floors crack and drop, we install piers directly beneath the slab — often from inside the home — to carry the load down to stable soil and raise the slab back toward level.
Warning signs to watch for
- Interior floor cracks and dropped slab sections
- Tile and grout lines cracking in a line
- Doors that drag along the floor
- Gaps under interior walls and cabinets
- Sloping floors in the center of the home
Our repair method
We core small access points through the slab, install the pier brackets against the foundation, and drive piers to load-bearing strata. Hydraulics then lift the slab, and we patch the access points cleanly.
Why it matters
Slab piers reach problems that surface methods can’t, restoring interior floors with minimal disruption and a permanent, load-bearing fix.
