The problem
Pools and their surrounding decks are especially prone to settlement — they’re heavy, full of water, and often sit on backfilled soil. When that soil erodes, decks crack and sink and the pool shell itself can shift. We stabilize the ground and lift the deck without tearing it out.
Warning signs to watch for
- Pool deck slabs that have sunk or tilted
- Cracks radiating around the pool coping
- Gaps between the deck and the pool edge
- Water collecting on the deck instead of draining
- Soft or hollow areas beside the pool
Our repair method
We inject expanding polyurethane foam beneath the deck and around the pool structure to fill voids, lift the concrete back to level and bind the surrounding soil — all without draining the pool or replacing the deck.
Why it matters
A shifting pool deck is a trip hazard and an early warning of soil failure that can damage the pool itself. Stabilizing now protects a major backyard investment.
